I am a Pilates teacher and love the discipline very much. After a few year’s hiatus from exercising (myself) due to a health issue, I found myself really out of shape both physically and mentally. I had the fortunate opportunity to train with Troy (despite my apprehension even though I was a trainer!). I was so fascinated with learning kettlebells and his Constant Tension Training theory. It all made sense to me and compliments what I do with Pilates.
I learned so much from Troy and wish I could have met him at the beginning of my fitness career.
He is an encyclopedia of knowledge, and he is a natural, charismatic teacher.
