My first month training with Troy was in his True Body Boot Camp. I joined with two friends, and we all got addicted. We had so much fun each session, but the cool thing was the results.
I gained 6lbs of muscle and lost 6lbs of fat the first month (during the holidays).
At first I was mad the scale hadn’t dropped yet. But, when I realized I was down a good pant size and felt stronger with more energy, I could care less about the scale. Troy changed how my family and I will eat and workout for the rest of my life.
